Building your mental capability

One of the things you should put into consideration in building your mental capability is preparing a time table in order to help you remain organized and focused. You don’t need to start with a clumsy time table as you will need time to do other things and probably rest which is a necessary evil. I would advice you start with at least two activities per day which you are sure to keep up with.

Mental development is a gradual process, there are no limits to what the mind can attain. so this is how you could start.

First your time table should be simple, nothing tasking. Then as time go on you can increase you activities. Be sure that your time table is not entangled with your availability.

Secondly you must understand what works for you generally. I mean how you body works. Are you the type that enjoys staying up late at night doing night? Then you should be able to utilize that time to achieve something. I assure you the night holds a lot secrets, untie it. Or are you the one that value the night  as a time of rest from all the day’s trouble? Well that is absolutely understandable as long as your day has been put to 100% effectiveness. note that you  need to derive fun from what you do. It takes self-discipline  and strong will to keep up with your task as they get tough as you grow.

There are various activities you can indulge in as you start and grow; make friends, play games, read books, listen to speech, go out, love and learn.

It will surprise you how tasking some of the might be later but we would not stop here.

Furthermore another thing you should be conscious about is the specification in time. what time do i want to beginning and what time am i to stop. Don’t just say in the afternoon or at night be specific.

It is a time table, it requires a proper schedule with adequate timing. it is very important that you are time conscious, it helps you keep the interest and stay focused. Proper timing help you develop even fast.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit. – Aristotle
